Absolutely. Care needs often evolve, and LinkRx’s flexible system allows you to adjust the frequency, duration, or type of services anytime. Your personalized care plan remains adaptable to ensure it continues to meet your needs effectively.
No. You don’t need a prescription or authorization to start care. You have full flexibility to choose the services you need and when to begin. If required, LinkRx provides documentation for insurance or reimbursement.
Yes. LinkRx caregivers provide medication reminders and coordination support, helping clients stay on schedule and keeping families informed through regular updates. For medical administration, we engage qualified nursing providers when specialized care is needed. In South Surrey, LinkRx also partners with City Med Pharmacy to offer at-home medication delivery and coordination, ensuring seamless access to prescriptions and continued health support right from the comfort of home.
Caregivers & Companions
Yes. Every LinkRx caregiver undergoes a comprehensive screening process, including criminal background checks, vulnerable sector screening, reference verification, and skill assessments. We ensure that all caregivers are qualified, compassionate, and committed to excellence in care.
We strive for consistency by assigning the same caregiver whenever possible. Building familiarity and trust is vital for meaningful care. If a regular caregiver is unavailable, we ensure a pre-introduced replacement who understands your preferences and care plan.
Yes. During your initial meet-and-greet consultation, we match you with caregivers based on your personality, interests, and care needs. You can request a change anytime—our priority is ensuring the right fit for every family.
Yes. All LinkRx caregivers are fully insured and bonded. We maintain general and professional liability coverage for your peace of mind and protection.
Yes. Our diverse team speaks multiple languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Tagalog, and more. We do our best to match clients with caregivers who share their language and cultural background.

We’ll discuss your care needs, explain pricing and services, and design a personalized care plan. Care can usually begin within a few days.
Yes. LinkRx offers maximum flexibility. Whether you need a few hours a week or 24/7 care, we adjust our services to your schedule and evolving needs.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute care requests. Our 24/7 operations and digital scheduling tools make it possible to arrange support quickly when urgent needs arise.
No. LinkRx offers flexible, commitment-free care options. You can start with a trial period and continue only as long as you need our services.
Costs & Payment

Some LinkRx services may be covered by private or long-term care insurance, Veterans Affairs, BC Home Support, or other programs. We provide all required documentation to help with claims or reimbursements.
You’ll receive an itemized invoice—typically weekly or bi-weekly—after services are rendered. Payments are processed through LinkRx (never directly to the caregiver) by credit card, bank transfer, or cheque. No hidden fees.
Yes. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible services. LinkRx provides detailed receipts that meet documentation requirements.
Safety & Privacy
We strictly follow federal and provincial privacy laws, including PIPEDA. Your personal and health data are encrypted and securely stored within our digital system—accessible only to authorized caregivers and coordinators involved in your care.
LinkRx uses digital time-tracking and verification tools to confirm every caregiver visit. Families receive service notes from every visit, can verify time logs and service records through our secure system, ensuring complete transparency.
All caregivers are trained in emergency response. They will immediately contact emergency services and notify your emergency contact. LinkRx's 24/7 support line ensures urgent help is always available.
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays—offering companionship, overnight care, and emergency support whenever needed.
Facilities & Partnerships
Yes. We partner with residential care facilities, assisted living communities, and retirement homes throughout Metro Vancouver to provide companion and activity-based care that enriches residents' lives.
Absolutely. Our respite care services give family caregivers time to rest and recharge while ensuring their loved one continues to receive high-quality, compassionate care.
Yes. Our caregivers are trained in dementia and Alzheimer's support, using empathetic, evidence-based techniques to ensure safety, comfort, and engagement.
Next Steps
During your complimentary consultation, a Care Coordination team will meet with you (in-person or virtually) to assess your needs, explain services, discuss pricing, and co-create a personalized care plan—completely free and with no obligation.
Care can typically start within 2–5 business days following your consultation, depending on caregiver availability and your preferred schedule. Urgent cases can often be arranged sooner.
